Founded in January 2003, Tucson-based Bottom Line Impact focuses on utilities; investor owned, municipals, co-ops, regulated, deregulated, gas, electric, water and combinations; serving as write off recovery specialists to help customers increase their bottom line.
 
Bottom Line Impact also has offices in Pasadena, California and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.


Management Team
Bottom Line Impact’s management team offers over 40 years of IT experience and nearly 30 years experience dedicated to the utility industry.

Patrick Carberry, President

Patrick brings over 20 years experience in the IT industry with over 15 years specializing in the Utilities Industry. He is the former Utilities Practice Manager at TMP Worldwide, Inc., where he worked for 12 years through several acquisitions. He was responsible for managing very successful and large projects, using up to 75 consultants, at many customers. Prior to his work at TMP Worldwide, Patrick worked at IBM as a Programmer/DBA and Decision Support Specialist. Starting in the late 1980's, Patrick began designing and developing solutions exclusively in the Utilities Industry. His primary focus was providing solutions in Customer Service Departments. As President of Bottom Line Impact, Patrick is the Chief Architect of the Automated Revenue Miner. He travels extensively to Utilities nationwide, discussing how Bottom Line Impact can assist Utility Credit and Collections Departments reduce write offs.

Patrick is a graduate in Computer Science from the University of Iowa. He currently resides in Southern California with his young son.

 

Don Scheer, Executive Vice President

Don brings over 27 years experience in the IT industry. He has helped design and build solutions for customers needing financial reporting and budgeting systems, cost forecasting and tracking systems and automated data mining systems. He is an expert in Rapid Prototyping and has been a consultant to many industries, including the Utilities industry. As Executive Vice President, Don is the principle day to day operations manager, where he oversees the creation and expansion of the Automated Revenue Miner.

Don is a graduate in Math and Computer Science from the University of Oregon. He also received an MBA degree from Brigham Young University. He currently resides in Tucson, Arizona with his wife and two children.

 

Paul Carberry, Vice President of Business Development

Paul brings approximately 20 years sales and marketing management experience in the consumer products industry. As Vice President of Business Development, Paul is responsible for managing the sales effort and working with customers to develop future requirements for the Automated Revenue Miner. He travels extensively to Utilities nationwide, discussing how Bottom Line Impact can assist Utility Credit and Collections Departments reduce write offs.

Paul is a graduate in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Iowa. Paul resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he is an avid motorcyclist, snowboarder and outdoorsman.
